| 解約・退会の方法How to cancel or delete your account |
解約（課金の停止）：アプリ右上のプラン表示 →「プラン・お支払い・解約」から、その場でお手続きいただけます。電話やメールでのご連絡は不要です。 退会（アカウントの削除）：同じ画面の「退会する（アカウントを削除）」から、いつでもお手続きいただけます。作品・画像・資料・共有リンク・ログイン情報をすべて削除し、課金も同時に停止します。削除したデータは復元できません。 お手続きができない場合は [email protected] までご連絡ください。 Cancelling: open your plan in the top right of the app, then “Manage plan, card and cancellation”. It completes immediately; no phone call or email is required. Deleting your account: use “Delete my account” on the same screen. Your works, images, documents, shared links and sign-in are removed and billing stops. Deleted data cannot be restored. If you cannot complete this yourself, contact [email protected]. |
| 返金についてRefunds |
解約すると次回以降の課金は停止し、支払い済みの期間の末日まではそのままご利用いただけます。日割りでの返金は行っておりません。解約後もデータの閲覧と書き出しは引き続き可能です（新しい作品の追加のみ停止します）。 デジタルサービスの性質上、法令に定める場合を除き、返金には応じかねます。無料期間中に解約された場合、料金は一切かかりません。 Cancelling stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not issue pro-rated refunds. After cancelling you can still view and export your data (only adding new works stops). Because this is a digital service, refunds are not provided except where required by law. If you cancel during the free trial, you are never charged. |
